Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting job openings to extending offers and onboarding.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive landscapes to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of the company’s employer brand through effective communication of its culture, values, and opportunities.
- Implement strategies to attract passive candidates and build a talent community.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, department heads, and external recruitment partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive understanding of departmental staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven at least 3 years experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
