Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Finance Project Manager at MARIA.B. DESIGNS (PVT.) LTD., you will play a crucial role in tracking projects from prototype development to actual implementation. Your responsibilities will include monitoring vendor payments, ensuring financial accuracy, and maintaining a seamless flow of project finances. This position requires a strong understanding of project management, financial analysis, and vendor relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers to understand project timelines, budgets, and financial requirements.
- Track projects from prototype to actual implementation, ensuring financial milestones are met.
- Monitor and analyze project expenses, providing regular financial reports to stakeholders.
- Work closely with vendors to establish and maintain transparent payment schedules.
- Evaluate vendor invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements.
- Implement and maintain efficient financial tracking systems for projects.
- Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any financial discrepancies or issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or any professional certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience in project finance management, with a focus on tracking projects from prototype to actual.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiar with financial software and tools.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.
