Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role in Lahore for a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher will be responsible for managing daily schedules, coordinating with drivers, liaising with customers, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of dispatching systems and processes
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
