Position: Internal Support Executive
Time: 12:30 PM TO 9:30 PM
Location: Dha Phase 6
Role Description
- An Internal Support Executive is a crucial member of our support team, assisting and guiding customers, suppliers, and colleagues.
- Responsibilities include resolving customer complaints, addressing product inquiries, facilitating supplier communication, troubleshooting issues, and supporting colleagues when needed.
- Internal Support Executives also escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams and provide feedback to enhance our products and services.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Knowledge of graphic designing
- Familiarity with Amazon
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies and software
- Well-organized with exceptional project management abilities
- Fluency in multiple languages desired but not required
