Job Description

The ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about finding and placing top talent and knows how to reach and engage candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for determining job requirements, devising sourcing strategies for potential candidates, and collaborating with the hiring team to onboard the best talent. You will also promote the company’s brand through Employer Branding initiatives and events.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and candidate selection criteria.
  • Conduct sourcing activities to fill open positions.
  • Review employment applications and background check reports.
  • Ensure a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates.
  • Create strong talent pipelines for the company’s current and future hiring needs.
  • Proactively seek market intelligence to gain a competitive advantage in attraction, assessment, and sourcing.
  • Leverage various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events, to increase visibility and engagement within the talent community.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in HRM or Business Management.
  • 3-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency with social media, CV databases, and professional networks.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
