Job Description
- Manage the dynamic schedule of the CEO, coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and personal commitments with meticulous attention to detail.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO, proficiently handling correspondence and phone calls.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain accessibility of crucial documents for meetings and business travel.
- Handle both personal and professional contacts with discretion and efficiency.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including email management, drafting communications, and maintaining accurate records.
- Anticipate the founder’s needs, offering proactive solutions and assistance.
- Exercise discretion and confidentiality in managing sensitive information.
- Assist in organizing events and overseeing various projects as needed.
- Proficient in Excel Skills and Email management should be preferred.

Qualification/Requirements

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and modern office management tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
- Demonstrated trustworthiness in handling confidential information.

Timings: Eastern Time Zone – 7:00PM – 3:00AM
Work Days: 5/Week (Mon-Fri)
