Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance and Training Manager to join our team at the British Council. As the Quality Assurance and Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of our products and services, as well as the development and implementation of training programs for our staff.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Conducting regular audits to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identifying areas for improvement and implementing appropriate corrective actions.
