Job Description
Eligibility Criteria:
- Education: Bachelors/preferably Masters in Textile Science/Engineering
- Experience: 6-8 years of experience
Job Role:
- Knowledge of the process of garment dyeing and denim washing according to new requirements of woven and knits.
- Follow up with the dry process, implement required plans, and execute the denim production as per approvals.
- Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that fabrics and garments meet desired color, hand feel, and quality specifications.
- Timely follow-up of the action plan to ensure smooth production execution and order delivery.
- Plan, schedule, and execute bulk production of garment dyeing and denim washing.
- Manage Cost Benefit Analysis and issues related to CBA.
- Monitor company inventory to keep stock levels and database updated.
- Resolve conflicts and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with suppliers.
