Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance. They will also provide support and guidance to employees and management regarding human resources policies, practices, and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Experience in managing staffing, employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance
- Knowledge of HR policies, practices, and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Professional HR certification (e.g. SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
