Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Manager Production – Sterile and Inhaler Manufacturing. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of our sterile and inhaler manufacturing facilities.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth execution of production processes, meeting agreed timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement manufacturing strategies
- Monitor production performance, analyzing data and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
- Manage production schedules, resources, and budgets
