Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and messages in a timely manner.
- Respond to domestic and international customers promptly.
- Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research any issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships by going the extra mile.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting, website navigation, and utilization of products or services.
- Utilize various platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, Shopify, and others.
- Provide detailed reports on customer insights.
Requirements:
- Minimum one year of professional experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Basic knowledge of and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work flexible shifts (morning or evening).
