Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly organized and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive Coordinator to the CEO. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support and managing various projects for the CEO.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s schedule and prioritize appointments and meetings.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas and presentations.
- Maintain confidential files and documents.
- Conduct research and prepare reports for the CEO’s decision-making process.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are also essential.
