Join Techno Globe Solutions as a Customer Support Representative – Night Shift Opportunity. Are you ready to make an impact? We are hiring dedicated individuals for night shifts (7PM to 4AM, 6PM to 12AM for girls) to be part of our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate valuable sales leads.
- Assess customer needs, ensuring satisfaction.
- Cultivate trust and lasting relationships through open communication.
- Achieve personal/team sales targets.
- Address customer complaints with timely and effective solutions; ensure resolution follow-up.
- Go the extra mile to engage customers.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven customer support or Client Service Representative experience (six months minimum).
- Intermediate qualification or above.
- Ability to work in the USA time zone.
- Strong phone handling and active listening skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Customer-oriented with adaptability to different personalities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Effective multitasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
