Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Ebook Writing Coordinator, responsible for managing projects related to ebook writing, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining effective communication between the sales and production departments. This role requires strong project comprehension, client interaction, and project management skills to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
Shift Timings: 3pm-12am or 6pm-3am
Requirements:
- Proficiency in the principles of ebook structure, content organization, and formatting.
- Knowledge of various ebook genres and writing styles.
- Understand project requirements, objectives, and scope thoroughly.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s expectations and preferences.
- Ensure that the production team comprehends project details and client expectations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Initiate and participate in client calls to discuss project progress and requirements.
- Ensure a seamless flow of information between the sales and production departments.
- Handle client calls, including introductory meetings and follow-up calls.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., English, Communication, Business, Project Management).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent project management skills with a focus on meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality content.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and software.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
