Job Description

I am desperately looking for clinical supervisors for a Clinical Internship Program at the Qanmos Institute of Mental Health Services in Lahore. On-site staff would be required. This is a part-time position beginning in the evening and lasting four to five hours daily. You will be assigned to work four to five days per week in accordance with the schedule provided following your selection.

Responsibilities:

1. You have to teach young psychologists who are enrolled in the BS, MS, and ADCP programs in HEC recognized institutions.
2. You must instruct them in practical, potentially indigenous concepts, and your method of instruction should incorporate role-playing and role-reversal.
3. The instructional process should be precise and direct.
4. It is essential that your presentation and communication of information are grounded in empirical clinical case studies. It should provide concepts that are applicable in the real world.
5. It’s your job to make sure that the things you teach about psychology are useful in real life. It should not be information that comes from books and tradition.
6. You must be regular and on time according to the plan you will be given after being chosen.

Qualification:

1. Minimum MS in Clinical Psychology, Counselling/ Counselling Psychology or ADCP.
2. Candidates with academic experience at the university level would be preferred.
3. Freshers with high CGPA and/ or award winners (like gold medalists) can apply.

Note: This is an on-site, part-time job, which I already said. It will commence in the evening and demand a total of four to five hours per day, four to five days per week. Only short-listed candidates would be invited to a panel interview. Salary and compensation are negotiable in accordance with the candidate’s level of experience.
