Job Description
Performs all necessary activities to properly lay brick, stone, and cement blocks.
Prepares surfaces for plaster or cement work.
Mixes mortar and concrete.
Installs, repairs, and replaces vinyl, stone, ceramic and other types of flooring.
Erects scaffolding, staging and ladders as needed.
Installs access panels on masonry surfaces.
Cuts openings into walls, ceilings, and floors constructed of masonry materials.
Protects adjacent areas from fumes, dust, and vapors by installing and maintaining barriers, ventilation, and other control measures.
Other duties as required.
