Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role located in Faisalabad for an Administrative Assistant. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. They will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for answering calls, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and assisting customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required, although advanced education in Office Management or related field is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Excellent organization skills, detail-oriented, and have a problem-solving approach.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
