Job Description
We’re seeking a Customer Support Analyst to join our team at Paysys Labs. As a Customer Support Analyst, you’ll be a crucial part of our customer success team, providing expert assistance to our clients while utilizing your knowledge of Linux and SQL.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a prompt and professional manner.
- Troubleshoot technical problems, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues.
- Create and maintain customer support documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Monitor and analyze customer data to identify trends and proactively address potential issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 months to 1 year of experience in a customer support or technical support role.
- Proficiency in Linux systems and command line.
- Strong SQL skills, with the ability to write and optimize SQL queries.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

- Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
