Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Team Lead. The Sales Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, establishing customer relationships, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, and communicating with clients. The Sales Team Lead will work closely with the management team to develop sales strategies, sales plans, and monitor sales performance in order to increase profitability and market share.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills, Sales, and Team Management skills are a must
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Experience in sales or marketing is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is required
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
