With six branches spread across Pakistan, we are expanding and growing rapidly. We have also started serving Pakistani, Continental, and BBQ cuisine in addition to our specialties. Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant IT Manager located in Lahore. The Assistant IT Manager will be responsible for supporting the IT Manager in managing and maintaining the restaurant’s IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and network systems. They will also be responsible for providing technical support and resolving technical issues for employees. Additionally, the Assistant IT Manager will be involved in developing IT policies and ensuring compliance with security and data privacy regulations.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software systems, network administration, and security
- Experience in IT support and technical issue resolution
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role is beneficial
