Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Salesperson at AJ Towers Islamabad. The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as meeting with clients, showing properties, negotiating deals, and closing sales. The role involves providing excellent customer service to clients, maintaining knowledge of real estate laws and practices, and staying up-to-date with the latest market trends.
Qualifications
- Real Estate experience and knowledge of real estate practices and laws
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of real property and the local real estate market
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple clients and properties
- Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
