The company is developing a complete end-to-end value chain to facilitate cost-effective Hajj & Umrah experiences in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager located in Islamabad. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing them with Takaful solutions that meet their financial needs. The position will also involve providing customer service, resolving client issues, and conducting market research to identify potential clients and competitors.
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
- Customer service skills and experience
- Sales skills and experience
- Ability to understand and explain Takaful products and services to clients
- Knowledge of financial products and services
- Experience in the insurance, Takaful, or financial services industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
