Job Description
Creatif Soft is actively seeking a reliable eBook Project Coordinator to join our team. The eBook Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the project manager in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns and projects, conducting market research and data analysis, communicating with clients, and tracking project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering project requirements.
- Client Coordination and communication providing regular project updates, addressing concerns, and managing client expectations.
- Thoroughly review project deliverables for accuracy, quality, and alignment with client requirements before submission.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time.
- Conducting marketing campaign reviews and gathering customer feedback.
- Keeping track of project timelines and budgets.
- Proactively manage issues that may arise during project execution.
- Report to upper management as and when needed.
Requirements:
- Experience in project management or a relevant field is preferred.
- Experienced in collaborating and communicating with clients abroad: US, UAE, UK.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
- Strong English and grammar skills.
