Job Description
- Operating and maintaining HVAC systems to ensure that they are working properly.
- Inspecting the mechanical equipment in facilitates to ensure proper operation.
- Performing routine maintenance on all HVAC systems, including cleaning, and repairing.
- Maintaining records of equipment use for billing purposes.
- Installing new equipment when needed.
- Maintaining all documents of DPR, PPM, Checklist, and other relevant documents.
- Work as assigned by senior.
