Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team. As an HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in driving the overall HR strategy and supporting the business objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide strategic guidance on various HR matters.
- Implement and facilitate HR strategies, programs, and initiatives, including talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote a positive and productive work environment.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies and best practices.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR policies, processes, and systems.
