Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Specialist located in Rawalpindi. The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for providing customer support via phone, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining phone etiquette, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Qualifications
- Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Phone Etiquette and excellent communication skills
- The ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- A commitment to continuous learning and self-improvement
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- A degree in a related field is preferred but not required
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
