Job Description
Nextbridge is currently seeking 2 Trainee Network Support professionals for its office located in Johar Town, Lahore. We are looking for individuals with the following knowledge/skills:
- Fundamental understanding of web operations, networking, and software products
- Ability to take ownership of technical issues and collaborate with Development teams to address complex problems
- Resolve escalated user complaints independently, minimizing the need for team lead intervention
- Document troubleshooting processes and problem resolution steps
- Proficiency in Windows 11, Linux, and general desktop support matters
- Familiarity with DNS, TCP/IP, Domain Environment, Firewalls, and other networking concepts
- Basic knowledge of internet protocols, including SSH, FTP, SFTP, HTTP/HTTPS
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent phone etiquette
