IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL
- Monitor and evaluate services provided to customers from Contact Centers, identify problematic or improvement areas if any, and share feedback with customer representatives.
- Be responsible for contact center management through counseling sessions and reporting with the objective of enhancing service quality provided to the customers and clients within the limitation of SOPs and defined MIBs.
HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT?
- Evaluate the quality of calls that land at the call center according to already defined standards and highlight improvement areas.
- Daily and weekly monitoring of assigned call center staff interactions.
- Need to have knowledge of the processes and MIBs which call center staff use to handle customers.
- Adherence to quantitative parameters.
- Provide feedback to call center staff through counseling sessions on their improvement areas.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
QUALIFICATION
- Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable educational institute.
