Job Description

The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player.

You will be a senior system/business analyst responsible for the analysis of new software products and enhancements to existing products.

Responsibilities:

• Review functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables.
• Monitor current procedures and practices for accomplishing group objectives and make recommendations for improved procedures and practices.
• Communicate with customers to analyze and document business requirements.
• Discuss and research business models for optimized solutions for new features and enhancements.
• Document the functional requirements and business objectives that correspond to the architecture, design, and user interface.
• Participate in design and specification review meetings to ensure all functional and usability requirements are implemented.
• Facilitate meetings with the team to share the process and progress of items.
• Maintain project and client-specific matrix documents.
• Ensure that validated deliverables meet functional and design specifications and requirements.
• Prepare and present results of analysis to management/team and work with the team to apply data to business goals and analytical requirements such as capacity planning, volume forecasting, and unit costing.
• Demonstrate good listening and writing skills to comprehend detailed and in-depth analysis.
• Create audit checklists and processes for all functions.

Technical skills:

• Preferably, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or an equivalent of the degree in appropriate education.
• Experience in requirement gathering and preparing analysis is a must.
• Experience in managing task boards, conducting scrums, demos, sprint planning, and requirement grooming sessions.
• Should have good enough knowledge of SQL Server to analyze the data flow of the application’s Management / Interpersonal Skills.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with the US team.
• BSCS degree in computer sciences is a must.
• Team management and strong leadership skills.
• Good analytic and decision-making skills.
