Job Description
Integrated Kontrols is the leading end-to-end solution provider for smart building systems, lighting, audiovisual, wiring accessories, glass, films, and interior products.
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing the sales operations of the company
- Managing the sales pipeline, sales productivity, goal setting, and forecasting
- Collaborating with senior leadership and other teams to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a related field
- Proven record of creating and implementing successful sales programs
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets and objectives
- Self-motivation
