Job Description
US Group is seeking a Head of Finance (Hold Co) to play a pivotal role in supporting the CFO of Hold-Co, providing financial leadership and strategic direction to our Textile portfolio of Group’s Verticals. Reporting directly to the CFO, Hold-Co, this high-impact position requires exceptional financial acumen, leadership skills, and a strategic mindset.
Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning & Strategy: Support CFO AJ Holdings in developing Hold Co. strategy, maximizing shareholder wealth through growth and diversification while considering the growth of the management framework.
- Performance Management of Operating Companies: Monitor the financial performance of operating textile companies, facilitate finance functions, and deliver group performance as per budgeted targets.
- Financial Management/Cashflow: Control and manage the cash flow position at Hold-Co and maintain the integrity of funds, securities, and financial documents.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
- Chartered Accountant – ICAP
- 8 to 12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with large conglomerates.
Job Location: US Group 3-KM, Defence Road Off Raiwind Road, Lahore.
