Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
- Identify New Business Opportunities: Proactively seek and identify potential business opportunities to expand the company’s market.
- Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to acquire new clients and increase the company’s customer base.
- Account Management: Effectively manage existing client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Sales Strategy Implementation: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and understanding of their needs.
- Performance Reporting: Compile and analyze sales performance data, providing regular reports to senior management.
Requirements:
Essential Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from a HEC recognized Local/Foreign University.
- Professional Experience: Minimum 04 – 05 years of experience in Real Estate Industry, with experience in selling High rise/off-plan apartment projects in Lahore.
Behavioral Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to create and execute effective sales strategies.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Results-oriented professional, with the ability to drive projects independently from inception to execution stages.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
