Job Description
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into qualified clients
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand their needs and financial goals
- Deliver compelling presentations about our projects and their benefits
- Propose the most suitable investment options based on client requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Advise clients on building their property portfolio safely and effectively
- Schedule meetings with directors and CEO based on client needs
- Maintain accurate personal sales sheets
- Actively participate in daily social media activities
- Prepare and submit daily site office reports
- Plan and execute outdoor marketing activities
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry
