Job Description
Are you passionate about shaping workplace culture and driving employee engagement? If so, we have an exciting job opportunity for you! As a Talent and Culture Executive at GoZayaan PK, you will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring everyone’s working in a happy, collaborative, and innovative environment.
- Assisting in maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records in the database.
- Ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Collaborating in creating and posting job vacancies on various job boards and the company website.
- Screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates to facilitate a smooth recruitment process.
- Assisting in conducting initial candidate assessments.
- Collaborating in organizing and implementing employee engagement initiatives.
- Supporting the planning and execution of team-building activities and events.
- Assisting in maintaining office supplies and ordering materials as needed.
- Conducting orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company policies, culture, and work expectations.
- Contributing to the development and implementation of employee engagement surveys and feedback mechanisms.
- Assisting in implementing and communicating HR policies and procedures across the organization.
- Representing the company at career fairs.
- Organizing team events and activities.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and a willingness to take on new challenges.
What we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR or related roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Proactive and able to take initiative.
