Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinates and manages company-wide travel (air, hotel, car)
- Works with traveling employees to find efficient, safe, and cost-effective travel options
- Explains Travel Guidelines to traveling employees
- Familiarizes with hotel partners to provide accurate information
- Occasionally travels to evaluate current and potential hotel partners
- Coordinates travel expenses to appropriate department budgets
- Addresses travel-related questions and troubleshoots issues
- Seeks “partner” relationships with hotels and car rental companies for best pricing
- Creates a database of travel vendors
- Supplies company Travel Guidelines and Travel “profiles” to all travelers
- Organizes work using MS Office tools
Education / Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business administration or a related field
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Experience in negotiating offers and contracts
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Flexible, customer service-oriented, and proactive attitude
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and projects
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
