Job Description
ibex. Pakistan is looking for a “Customer Support Specialist” within the Operations department who will assist our U.S.-based client’s customers with their queries/concerns and provide accurate resolutions over the phone. We prioritize personality, passion, and work ethic over experience in dealing with international customers.
We are conducting interviews for our Lahore facility.
Requirements:
- Excellent Spoken English (Neutral or American Accent)
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.
- Flexibility to work at night-time and on weekends.
- Critical thinking with customer focus and adaptability.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic computer knowledge with typing speed up to 30 WPM.
