Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore at Apax Solutions for a Customer Support Specialist. The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and resolving their issues in a timely manner. They will handle inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels, identify and escalate priority issues, maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions, and work with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Experience using customer service software, such as Zendesk, Salesforce, or Freshdesk
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
