A Junior Brand Manager is responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of brand strategies to promote products or services effectively. They collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, conduct market research, monitor competitor activities, and analyze consumer behavior.
Key responsibilities include assisting in the development of brand guidelines, coordinating promotional activities, managing brand image and reputation, supporting product launches, assessing market trends, conducting market research, and evaluating campaign performance.
The ideal candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, strong analytical skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a creative mindset. They should be able to work well in a team, prioritize tasks effectively, and stay updated with industry trends and best practices.
