Role Description:

This is a part-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive in Rawalpindi. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for HR management including HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies with relevant experience in managing the employee lifecycle and providing support in other areas of daily operations. Our ideal candidate would be an excellent communicator and have the ability to problem solve with the highest degree of empathy & EQ.

Requirements & Responsibilities:

• Experience in HR Management and HR Operations.
• Knowledge of Employee Relations and HR Policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Shift Timings:

06:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
