Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Salesperson located on-site in Karachi Division to join our team at EQ Lines. The Salesperson will be responsible for generating new business and building relationships with potential clients. The candidate should have a proven track record of sales experience, be able to manage their own pipeline, and have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications
- Sales skills including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes is preferred.
- Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry is a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience in logistics or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven mindset and proactive approach.
- Fluent in English and Urdu.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Willingness to work on-site in Karachi Division.
