Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated IT Technician specializing in Network Support to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our network infrastructure. Your main duties will include troubleshooting network problems, maintaining network equipment, and installing and configuring network devices.
Your qualifications for this position should include a strong foundation in network technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of network security protocols. Additionally, experience with network monitoring tools and an ability to work independently are highly desirable.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot network issues and provide timely resolution
- Maintain and upgrade network equipment and software
- Install and configure routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and ensure system availability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, etc.)
- Strong understanding of network security principles and protocols
