HEAD OF COMMERCIAL (Sales & Marketing): FMCG Industry
- DEVELOP AND EXECUTE A ROBUST GO-TO-MARKET STRATEGY TO DRIVE PROFITABLE REVENUE GROWTH IN THE FAST-MOVING CONSUMER GOODS (FMCG) SECTOR.
- ESTABLISH AMBITIOUS YET ACHIEVABLE ANNUAL SALES TARGETS, AND CREATE EFFECTIVE SALES PLANS TO ATTAIN THEM.
- INSPIRE AND LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING SALES TEAM, FOSTERING A CULTURE OF CONSISTENTLY EXCEEDING SALES GOALS.
- MANAGE AND UPHOLD THE COMPANY’S BRAND IDENTITY, ENSURING CONSISTENT MESSAGING ACROSS ALL TOUCH POINTS WITHIN THE FMCG MARKET.
- BUILD AND LEAD A HIGH-PERFORMING TEAM OF SALES AND MARKETING PROFESSIONALS WITH EXPERTISE IN THE FMCG SECTOR.
