Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Workplace Admin Executive to join our team in Islamabad. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and efficient administration at our office.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring their availability and timely replenishment
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of office equipment and facilities
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes and scheduling interviews
- Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, records management, and correspondence
- Support the HR department with employee onboarding and documentation
To excel in this role, you should have strong organizational and multitasking skills. Attention to detail and excellent communication abilities are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with office management software is required.
