Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of People to join our growing organization. As the Head of People, you will be responsible for developing and implementing human resources strategies and initiatives that align with our company’s goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team, ensuring effective recruitment, retention, and training practices.
- Create and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant employment laws.
- Develop and execute employee engagement and performance management programs.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees for HR-related matters.
- Develop and manage compensation and benefits programs.
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in HR management, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to think strategically. A bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in HR leadership positions are required.
