Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Specialist. The Business Development Specialist will be responsible for daily lead generation, conducting market research, promoting customer service, and leveraging analytical skills to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the company.
Qualifications:
- Analytical Skills – ability to analyze complex data, connect dots, and provide solutions
- Communication – strong interpersonal communication, verbal and written communication abilities, and proficiency in English
- Lead Generation – Knowledge of lead generation and experience closing deals
- Market Research – proficiency in various market research methods, including data analysis, surveys, and trend tracking
- Customer Service – ability to interact with customers and provide high-quality customer service help to establish long-term relationships
- Bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, sales, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development/sales or related field
- Demonstrate a proactive attitude with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask with excellent time management skills
