Job Description
Job Purpose:
The Business Intelligence Analyst has strong knowledge and skills in data sciences and IT systems which will enable them to gather, analyze, and compile data needed to identify trends and patterns, and then make recommendations for business actions.
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with DWH for sourcing of data, reports development, dashboard developments, and automation of reports/data.
- S&D internal server management, scheduling automated alerts, managing Franchise to RD level hierarchy in the system and updating targets.
- Coordinate with the DWH team to ensure timely delivery of Ad Hoc data requests from relevant teams.
- Investigate and diagnose development & BI-related problems, raise known errors, and resolve problems.
- Building Dashboards for management/grid performance to have a 360-degree view using Excel/BI Tools.
- Adhoc Analysis as per management requirement using Excel/BI tools.
Education:
- Minimum Bachelors in Computer Science or Equivalent from an accredited University is required.
Work Experience:
- Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in relative field is required.

- Excellent ability to analyze information and think systematically.
- Strong business analysis skills.
