Responsibilities:
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Technical proficiency is preferred
- Typing speed of 50+ words per minute (WPM)
- Previous e-commerce industry experience preferred
- Quick learner with adaptability
- Growth mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Provide excellent inbound customer support via email, live chat, and calls.
- Write and update Helpdesk articles for the knowledge base
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer inquiries and technical issues
