Responsibilities

• Initiate and make outbound calls to potential customers with the aim of generating leads, making sales, or gathering information.
• Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to communicate the features, benefits, and value proposition of the product or service being offered.
• Possess a thorough understanding of the products or services to effectively convey information and address customer inquiries.
• Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering relevant information about the prospect’s needs, budget, and timeline.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing objections, answering questions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Schedule appointments for sales representatives to meet with potential clients for further discussions or presentations.
• Work towards achieving or exceeding sales targets and quotas as set by the company.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes for evaluation and future follow-ups.
• Gather information about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences through conversations with prospects.
• Demonstrate effective verbal communication skills to engage and convince potential customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering with 2-3 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Proven record of successfully completing sales quotas.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of Customer Relationship Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
