Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative in Lahore. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will require interacting with customers via email, chat, and phone calls.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in handling customer inquiries and issues with the ability to provide excellent customer support
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to multitask and quickly switch between tasks
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to put the customer first
  • Experience in the IT industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field is preferred
