Matrix Solutions is seeking a talented individual with a strong expertise in Upwork bidding to join our team. As an Upwork Bidding Expert, you will be responsible for formulating and executing successful bids on the Upwork platform to secure projects for our company.
Responsibilities:
- Develop an in-depth understanding of our company’s services, strengths, and target market.
- Identify and assess potential Upwork projects aligned with our expertise and business objectives.
- Write customized proposals tailored to each project’s nature.
- Estimate project prices, create quotes and proposals, engage with clients, and facilitate project closure.
- Gather client requirements, communicate them to the team, and ensure project delivery through phone calls, chat applications, or Skype as per client needs.
- Maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, project management) to ensure alignment and support in the bidding process.
- Stay updated on Upwork platform policies, trends, and best practices for adaptive strategy and optimal results.
Requirements:
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (BBA-IT, BSCS, or equivalent).
- 0-6 months of experience in the IT sector as an Upwork Bidder/Business Developer.
- Prior experience on Upwork is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to tailor proposals to specific client needs.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to convert prospects to customers.
